If you can't see the movie, first try selecting the smaller size of the
movie.
It's possible your bandwidth doesn't allow you to see the big, HD version.
If you can't see the smallest version, then you might need to get a
current
version of Quicktime. Sometimes your screen will show a picture of a
'Q' with
a '?' in the middle of it. This is a good indicator that having a new
player will help.
There's a link to QuickTime on the player window and at the bottom of
the HD Clips page.
We compress the video using QuickTime, and you need the decoder to
unscramble all the bits and bytes. We are using a newer version of QuickTime
that uses something called H.264, and you need a very recent version
of the
QuickTime player or you can't decode the video stream.
If you have the latest QuickTime and you still can't view the video,
then try
one more things: Try using a different browser. We've found that on some
systems the video will play great in IE and Safari, but it won't play
in FireFox.
It's the opposite on other systems. So just try going to SeeMoreHD.com
in
a different browser and see what happens.
Note that when you go to the Quicktime
download page, you'll find the download
along the right bottom of the page. There's a free version, and you can
get it with or
without iTunes.
Finally, be sure you have a good connection to the Internet. You need
at least DSL for any of this to be worthwhile.
If you find some better solutions, please let us know. We'll share these
with others. Thanks!
